Return Policies
AFS Pro Shop is committed to providing products of high quality and value, and we back this commitment with a satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund so long as it is new and unused, and in its original packaging. This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Exceptions may apply for gift items purchased in advance.
To exercise this guarantee please Contact us. Within 72 hours you will receive email correspondence regarding your return request. DO NOT return any merchandise until you have received an email from our customer service team detailing how and where to return your item(s). All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.). Some exclusions to items that may be returned may apply. Please see the exclusion list below.
The product must be returned in its original box and packed inside of a protective shipping box. Any item returned that is not in the original packaging and/or inside a protective shipping box will not be accepted.
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers' products or may be found on their respective websites. Please Contact us to begin your warranty claim.

- Used merchandise
- Must Go Items
- Items marked as discontinued
All items returned that were marked as or shipped as FREE SHIPPING* at the time of purchase will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Items being returned for exchange will not be charged a restocking fee but will be charged an additional shipping charge when items are reshipped.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from AFS Pro Shop. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.
Free Ground Shipping within the continental U.S.A. for all orders totaling $30 and higher. Your order must include at least $30 of merchandise (excluding taxes).
